21 October 2020 - We have taken the decision that rising numbers of Covid-19 cases both nationally and locally mean that re-opening in November would not be safe nor wise. This will be reviewed in January.
We have given this a lot of thought and are taking heed of ongoing advice from the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC).
We actively welcome enquiries to the Co-ordinator by phone, text message or email and for applications to be made through the NACCC Safe Referral System. All contact details are given below.
The referral process involves pre-visits by resident and non-resident parents. Our planning involves rigorous risk assessments and putting careful procedures in place around hygiene and social distancing and we will ask families to bring their own refreshments and toys.
We are aware of how difficult this time of lockdown has been and continues to be, and aware of the importance of non-resident parents and their children resuming contact when it is safe and wise to do so.
